Terms of Service

1. Service Description
SEINTRD provides software and related services for automated cryptocurrency trading. The service may allow a customer to connect an eligible cryptocurrency exchange account through API credentials and configure or operate automated trading software.
2. Eligibility and Geographic Availability
SEINTRD is intended for users worldwide, except in jurisdictions where use of the service or automated cryptocurrency trading is prohibited, restricted, or requires authorization that has not been obtained.
You are responsible for determining whether you may legally use SEINTRD and automated cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your password and account, and notify SEINTRD of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Exchange and API Connections
Where supported, SEINTRD may connect to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance through API credentials supplied by the customer.
You remain responsible for your exchange account and API configuration. API permissions should be limited to the minimum permissions required by the service. Withdrawal permissions should be disabled unless explicitly required and independently assessed by you.
5. Automated Trading and Market Risk
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. Automated trading can execute orders without manual intervention and may produce losses rapidly, including potentially losing a substantial portion or all of the funds exposed to trading.
Market prices can move rapidly, liquidity can change, and orders may be delayed, partially filled, rejected, or executed at prices different from expectations.
6. No Investment Advice or Guaranteed Results
SEINTRD is software, not personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing provided through the service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any cryptocurrency.
SEINTRD does not guarantee profits, returns, win rates, trading frequency, performance, or avoidance of losses.
7. Backtests and Historical Performance
Any backtest, simulation, historical result, example, statistic, or performance figure is informational only. Historical or simulated performance does not establish future results.
Backtests may differ materially from live trading because of fees, slippage, spreads, liquidity, latency, market conditions, exchange behavior, outages, data differences, and other factors.
8. Risk Controls
SEINTRD may include risk controls, trading limits, execution safeguards, reconciliation procedures, and other protective mechanisms. These controls reduce certain operational risks but cannot eliminate market, technology, exchange, blockchain, cybersecurity, or other risks.
9. Testnet, Paper, and Live Trading
Testnet or paper environments are intended for testing and may behave differently from live markets.
Live trading may require additional configuration, approval, or eligibility checks. Customers should not assume that successful testing guarantees successful live trading.
10. Fees and Subscriptions
Current subscription plans are $99 USD for one month and $999 USD for one year, unless otherwise displayed by SEINTRD.
SEINTRD may accept USDT on the TRON TRC20 network for supported subscription payments. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network and to the correct payment address.
11. Subscription Activation
A subscription is activated only after SEINTRD's payment verification process determines that the required payment conditions have been satisfied.
Payment processing may be delayed by blockchain conditions, network congestion, confirmation requirements, technical failures, or other circumstances.
12. Free Trial
Eligible customers may receive one three-day free trial. Trial eligibility, duration, and live-trading access are controlled by SEINTRD's systems. A trial does not guarantee trading performance or profits.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in the final published commercial policy. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
14. Service Availability
SEINTRD may experience maintenance, outages, software errors, exchange downtime, network failures, infrastructure failures, cybersecurity incidents, or other interruptions. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
15. Security
SEINTRD uses security measures intended to protect accounts and sensitive information. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You must protect your login credentials and must not share authentication credentials with unauthorized persons.
16. Prohibited Use
You must not use SEINTRD for unlawful activity, market manipulation, fraud, unauthorized access, circumvention of security controls, or any activity prohibited by the applicable exchange or law.
17. Intellectual Property
SEINTRD and its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the service.
18. Third-Party Services
SEINTRD may depend on third-party services, including cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain networks, hosting providers, payment infrastructure, and communication services. Third-party services operate independently and may change or become unavailable.
19. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the SEINTRD Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.
20. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEINTRD is not responsible for losses resulting from cryptocurrency market movements, trading decisions, exchange failures, blockchain failures, network interruptions, unauthorized access caused by customer security failures, or other risks outside SEINTRD's reasonable control.
The final limitation-of-liability provisions should be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel for the jurisdictions in which SEINTRD operates.
21. Suspension and Termination
SEINTRD may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, service integrity, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law, venue, arbitration provisions, and dispute-resolution process will be specified in the final legally reviewed version of these Terms.
23. Changes to These Terms
SEINTRD may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes should be communicated through appropriate means. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

By using SEINTRD, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and that you are responsible for evaluating whether the service is appropriate and lawful for you.
