Risk Disclosure
Effective date: 24 September 2026
1. Cryptocurrency Trading Is High Risk
Cryptocurrency markets can be highly volatile. Prices may change rapidly and unpredictably. You may lose part or all of the funds allocated to trading.
2. No Guaranteed Returns
SEINTRD does not guarantee profits, positive returns, a particular win rate, a particular number of trades, or avoidance of losses. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Automated Trading Risk
SEINTRD can execute trading instructions automatically. Automated execution may occur while you are not actively monitoring the market. A strategy can continue operating during adverse market conditions until applicable safeguards, limits, or system conditions stop it.
4. Market Volatility
Rapid price movements may cause entries or exits at substantially different prices from expected prices. Extreme market conditions may produce losses before protective mechanisms can respond.
5. Liquidity, Slippage, and Spreads
Low liquidity, widening spreads, order-book changes, and slippage can affect execution prices and trading results. Backtests and simulations may not fully reproduce these conditions.
6. Exchange Risk
SEINTRD may rely on third-party cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance. Exchanges may experience outages, maintenance, API failures, order rejection, rate limits, security incidents, account restrictions, liquidation events, or other operational problems.
7. API Credential Risk
Connecting an exchange account requires API credentials or another supported authentication mechanism. Customers are responsible for configuring permissions appropriately and protecting their credentials.
Where supported, customers should disable withdrawal permissions for trading API keys. A compromised credential may create financial or account-security risks.
8. Technology and Infrastructure Risk
Trading depends on software, servers, databases, networks, APIs, market-data feeds, clocks, and other infrastructure. Software bugs, latency, connectivity failures, incorrect data, service interruptions, or infrastructure failures may affect trading.
9. Blockchain and USDT TRC20 Risk
Where USDT on the TRON TRC20 network is used for subscription payments, blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Sending an unsupported asset, using the wrong network, or sending funds to an incorrect address may result in loss of funds.
Blockchain congestion, transaction delays, network conditions, confirmation requirements, service-provider outages, or blockchain reorganizations or other network events may delay payment verification.
10. Stablecoin Risk
USDT is a third-party digital asset. Its market value, liquidity, availability, redemption arrangements, regulatory treatment, and operational characteristics may change. SEINTRD does not guarantee the value or stability of USDT.
11. Cybersecurity Risk
Internet-connected systems may be targeted by phishing, malware, credential theft, account takeover, denial-of-service attacks, vulnerabilities, or other cybersecurity threats. Security controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
12. Regulatory and Geographic Risk
Cryptocurrency trading and automated trading may be regulated differently across jurisdictions. Laws and regulatory requirements may change.
SEINTRD is intended for users worldwide, except in jurisdictions where use of the service or automated cryptocurrency trading is prohibited, restricted, or requires authorization that has not been obtained. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful.
13. Backtest and Simulation Risk
Historical and simulated results may rely on assumptions and historical data that differ from live conditions. Results can be affected by fees, slippage, spreads, liquidity, execution latency, market-data differences, exchange behavior, and other factors.
A reported historical win rate or return should not be interpreted as a prediction of future performance.
14. Risk Controls Are Not Guarantees
SEINTRD may use position limits, trading limits, reconciliation, execution safeguards, worker monitoring, and other controls. These mechanisms are designed to reduce operational and execution risks but cannot guarantee that losses will be prevented.
15. Unusual Market Conditions
During extreme volatility, market gaps, exchange disruptions, liquidity shortages, network failures, or other unusual conditions, normal strategy behavior and protective controls may not operate as expected.
16. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether to use SEINTRD, how much capital to expose to trading, which exchange account to connect, and which configuration to use.
Do not allocate funds that you cannot afford to lose.
17. Professional Advice
Before using SEINTRD, consider obtaining independent financial, legal, tax, and regulatory advice appropriate to your circumstances and jurisdiction.
18. Acknowledgment
By using SEINTRD, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency and automated trading involve significant risks, including the possibility of substantial or total loss of funds, and that you accept responsibility for evaluating those risks.
